IVCS Billing

I work in a Fertility Clinic, our physicians perform Egg Retrievals, Cyst Aspirations, Culdecetisis and D&C Procedures in our clinic. The patients are administered anesthesia via Intravenous concious sedation by a CRNA. We have been billing CPT® 00840 (Anesthesia for Intraperitoneal procedures in lower abdomen) as well as 01965 (Anesthesia for incomplete or missed abortion procedures). Most of the insurance companies will not pay us for anesthesia and for example Blue Cross denies saying we are not a provider that typically performs this type of service. I found the 99143-99150 codes in the CPT® book for Moderate Sedation services. Does anyone know how I am supposed to bill IVCS/CRNA services?
