Cardiology Question regarding 99306

I have heard conflicting information regarding add-on codes to be billed with 93306.
I have been told to bill 93320-26 and 93325-26 with the 93306, but according the cpt book these should not be billed with the 93306. What is the appropriate billing?

CPT code 93306. This code includes all three elements, 2D Echo, Doppler and color Doppler. Codes 93320 or 93325 should not be reported with code 93306.
