Hello, I work in a dermatology office. Could you please tell me which modifier we need to use on the following: 17282, 17282, 17000, 17003. These procedures were performed in the office on the same day. am having the worst time trying to get this claim paid! Thank you

Looks like you might need a 59 or one of the X modifiers for 17282 if appropriate.
