Lice check

I had a nurse check an adult for lice - it came out negative...I have no idea what to code it as for a dx..?? Only codes I can find are for infestation - so what if there are not any..?? I tried to find a screening code, but could not find one...any suggestions??

Pt had no Sx, was just "feeling" like she had them and wanted a check... :)
