Excision Malignant Lesion

Anybody please help me to code the following correctly

Doctor removed 2 malignant lesions. One is from chestwall and it measures 0.8cm*0.8cm and the other is from Lt Pectoral Area which measures 0.5cm*0.8 cm. I am confused how to code this correctly. What would be the correct CPT® for this.. How can I find out the exact size of the lesion..Pls help...
