New code for airway resistance by oscillatory 94728 (deleted code 94360)

94728 has a notation, do not report in conjunction with 94010 spirometry, 94060 pre and post spirometry, 94375 flow volume loop. This is the combination that the allergist I bill for often submits. Is there no way around this lost revenue? Will modifiers on some of these charges result in payment? Is the reimbursement for 94728 (bundled) higher then 94360 (unbundled)?
