Ortho injections, both knees

Dr. gave an injection in both knees with Euflexxa (J7323). I have been reading some older articles and some are saying that I would need to use a RT and LT HCPCS to the J code. I have never heard of this, but maybe it's something new. I would appreciate any input on this ASAP!!

I personally don't append -LT/-RT to my J codes and my claims and I have had no issues.
