Multiple Procedures done

Our physician performed a laparoscopic excision of left pelvic mass, lysis of adhesions, excision of left paratubal mass and drainage of right anterior broad ligament inclusion cyst. I am thinking for the first two procedures it would be 58662. But do I code that with 2 units since 2 different excisions of 2 different tissues? For the drainage of the broad ligament cyst, I was going with 49322. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
