Typanostomy Tube Placement

Our physician performed CPT® 69433 in the office setting and is questioning whether there is a HCPCS to bill for the actual tubes used? My experience is that tubes are not billable and only surgical trays could possible be billed. Does anyone know if there is a specific code and if they have ahad any luck with billing for the actual tubes?
