G0181 dos

When I bill this code; what should be my date of service?Is it after 30 days of the HH Cert? Please help. Thanks!

When billing supervision better to take last date of the calender month. Based on the cert no need to take 30 days time. because one or two weeks gap is enough to get 30min counts. But you have check that before you should bill supervision (G0181)face to face & cert or recert should be billed. thanks

From and To dates on claim form: Dates of service entered on the claim form must be the first and the last date during which documented CPO services were
actually provided during the calendar month, not just the first and last days of the calendar month in which the claim is submitted.
