Am I coding correctly

We had a patient that had a C-section but started to hemorrhage, so patient was taken back to O.R. and had a partial hysterectomy. Then the patient had to be taken back to O.R. for a total hysterectomy due to hemorrhaging. I am going to bill all three services but on the partial hysterectomy I am going to use modifier 79 and then use modifier 78 for the total hysterectomy.
