31240 denial when billed with 30930

Are ther any audits that should prevent me form billing CPT® codes 30930 and 31240 together? I continue to get denials on 31240 when I bill these two together. I can't find anything in my research that says I can't bill them together.

According to AMA Coding Manager you can bill both together. Who denied it? Can you email me the denial? Just black out the patient information. I can also email you back a copy of the CCI edits. My email is Lbarogianis@nsatb.com.

It is a private commercial payer.

No, I cannot email the denial to you because it keeps poppong back to me as undeliverable. Even when i copy and paste the address.
