J0885 procrit

I have billed J0885 with Dx D64.81(primary), C92.10 (sec), Z51.11 (ter) and Medicare denied as medically not necessary. But as per my understanding I think the sec Dx C92.10 can be changed to C92.91. Please tell me any LCD policy affects the payment?
