When does the global start for a major surger

I have a patient that had initial IP visit on Monday. We seen the patient on Tuesday and the decision for srgery was made (the golobal will be 90days), can I bill for the Monday visit?

Yes. You can bill for Monday and bill the decision for surgery on Tuesday.
