Yes, you may charge for the administration of each drug.
I would use modifier 59 to show separate injections.

What if an IM medication is given and the same medicine needs to be given again later (less that 30 minutes later) to achieve the desired therapeutic effect? Can I charge for two injections? If the same situation occurs with IV push medicines, you can only bill one of them, but this question is not addressed with IM medicines anywhere I can find.
