Administration of injection

Are you allowed to charge administration of injection code 96372 with Mod. 59
& office code with Mod. 25 ?
Example if patient comes into office for Sinus infection & is given an injection of
Kenalog for the sinus infection are you allowed to charge the administration fee
for the kenalog 96372 with mod. 59?

Medicare will pay when you do this, but I'm not sure this is the correct way to bill
and Medicare may request this money back.

You should not need the 59 on the injection. You will need the 25 on the E&M - with supporting documentation for the sinus infection work up.
