Thrombectomy

Does CPT code 34201 include one or more arteries, or just one? The description is not clear to me. I am coding for a thrombectomy of the common iliac, external iliac, superficial femoral and profunda femoral arteries of the same leg.

This code has an MUE of (2), which means it cannot be billed greater than 2 units in a single day.

I need the CPT® code for thrombectomy of the iliac artery. I see that 34201 indicates pop-tib-peroneal but don't see one for the iliac artery.
