Surical Tray

Can anyone tell me where I might find information regarding the use of a surgical tray for minor procedures done in the office? I have seen them billed for a laceration repair, excision of a cyst or lesion, colpsocoly etc. This not a payable service for a Medicare patient' Can you help me?
