Can you help - 2nd guessing myself

Patient had an flesh eating bacteria wound to her leg that was potentially limb- and life-threatening so she was taken emergently to the OR within one hour. I billed her a level 5 inpatient consult with a 57 for the emergent need for surgery. At surgery she was noted to have 5 different areas of subcutaneous necrosis which were each separately debrided. The large posteromedial leg wound measured 15 x 15 cm (225 square cm) so I billed for a 11042 for the first 20 square cm and then 11045 times 10 for each of the remaining 205 square cm. 11045 is a debridement of the each of the next 20 square cm. I added a 59 modifier for each wound and each 11045 for the more extensive larger debridement. Is this correct or am I missing something.
