proffesional office visit

when billing 99213 and 93000 for professional office visit and patient is currently skilled nursing facility, do I need to ad a modifier.

THe EKG won't be paid if the patient is in a covered Part A stay.

In fact, you may have to bill a nursing home service instead of an office visit. I can't remember. Maybe call your MAC.
