Hi everyone, I am trying to find the correct procedure code for the following:

"1st stage of reconstruction of index finger with implanting into soft tissue flap created in palm of hand. The 2nd stage of procedure for removal of finger from palm and inforporation of the graft material over the palmar aspect of the index finger in 4-6 weeks."

Dx: Partial amputation lt.index finger with fracture distal phalanx and nail bed injury. (886.1, 816.12, 959.5)
