Single Specialty Exam (considered comprehensive) for Breast Surgeon

We have a new breast surgeon that is looking for a single specialty exam that is considered comprehensive.

She indicates she is more focused which I understand, but she does not want to exam head to toe.

Have you heard of one using the 95 single speciality exam guidelines.
