Order needed for walkin patient for TB testing

We recently had a patient come in and all she need was a TB test for her employment (no form completion). Should we have one of the practice physicians see the patient with screening to order or is it okay to just bill a nurse visit and the codes for the TB testing? We have some different opinions in our office and would like some other input. Thank you all in advance for your help.
