laparoscopic surgery question

Pt had a laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair with stapled mess. Presented 3 days later with left lower leg neuralgia and pain. 2d trip to OR for laparoscopic inguinal exploration with removal of 2 staples and injection of the region with lidocaine and solumedrol.

Would I code 49659 (unlisted lap) with 11008, or 49320 (dx lap) with 11008? Or something else altogether??
