Podiatry doubt

Hi,

Im having doubt in pain management in podiatry.

In podiatry, the physician use the CPT® code 64450 with the injections code of
steroid - J3301
anaesthetic agent - J0670
DECADRON -J1100
B12 INJECTION -J3420

I coded like this
64450-RT
J3301
J0670
96372-59 X 2
J1100
J3420

The CPT® 64450 - Injection, anesthetic agent; other peripheral nerve or branch

So that i given steroid with anaesthetic agent injections for 64450 and the remaning j codes j1100 & j3420 i given 96372 admin with 59 modifier as per CCI edit rule.

In podiatry guide page no:7 states, Any time you bill injection services other than therapeutic musculoskeletal injections, bill the administration code (96372–99379) in addition to the appropriate HCPCS code for the medication and dosage being injected.

But the physician asking y u append 96372 admin code

Kindly clarify whether we should use 96372 for j1100 & j3420 or not?
