Biometric Testing

Humana has a program of Biometric Screening for some of its members. Does anyone know what procedure codes and what diagnostic codes to use for billing?

That depends on what tests are included in the screening. Each payer has it's own policy, example: glucose, triglyceride, HDL, LDL, BP, BMI, cholesterol

regarding biometric screening, would an OV ever be charged and covered? if so what dx would be used?

Could be if preventive counseling is provided on risk factors but would be in range of 9940x series
