Coding for Kenalog Injection

Pt returns to office (ophthamology) for kenalog injection for chalazion. Can I charge an office visit along with this or just the injection and medication? I am new to this field and appreciate all help! Thanks :)

Where on the eye is the chalazion located? Is there medical necessity or cosmetic?
