Vitals for Infusion

Hi Everyone,

I was wondering if anyone had any documentation stating that you need to take and record 3 vitals prior to infusion sevices. It has always been my understanding this is good practice however, I have an office that believes only 2 vitals is necessary. Any help would be great.
