IV Push/hydration

I need help coding a situation in Urgent Care.
Pt presented with tachycardia,fever and UTI. My question is for the coding sequence for the medications/route.

Here they are:
Rocephin IV 96365
Toradol IV push
Zofran IV push
pt was also hydrated for total of 3 hours....
Any suggestions?
