Laprascopic repair of gastric erosiion following lap band procedure.

Our surgeon performed a diagnostic lap and then a laprascopic repair of gastric erosion following lap band surgery. He also performed a an EGD with endoscopic removal of the band. I have looked for a code for both of these and can only find one for open repair of gastric erosion and removal of band laprascopically. Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated
