Surgeons of the same specialty

I have two surgeons (Neurosurgeons) that each one did a part of a surgical procedure. One of the doctors performed a decompressive laminectomy/arthrodesis/instrumentation - the other surgeon took over and drained a spinal cyst (which was thought to be a tumor). I have two separate operative reports but can you advise as to how I would bill for each part of the surgery since they are of the same specialty? I'm only needing information on modifiers, etc. or can I bill only what one surgeon did?
Thank you
