Can I bill 64722 decompression when I bill 63046 laminectomy?

There are no bundling issues with those codes when billed together.

No - don't do it. Decompression is included in the laminectomy code. That's why you do a laminectomy...for decompression. Just because there is not a CCI bundling edit doesn't mean it's ok to bill. You've got to know why the procedure is being done and what it takes to do it.
