WC laceration repair

Laceration repairs are in the 12001--13160 series of codes. Code the laceration repair by length and location.
12001 is for repair of superficial wounds on the scalp, neck, axillae, external genitalia, trunk and/or extremities, including hands and feet, 2.5 cm or less

12011 for repair of superficial wounds on the face ears, eyelids, nose, lips and/or mucous membranes, 2.5 cm or less
