My question is that if we use CPT® code A4614 -Peak Flow Meter. Place of service is in the office so I used 11, What is the type of service should I use 1-Medical or A-Used DME?

Are you giving the patient a peak flow meter, i,e. selling it to them? If not, then you don't use this code. If you are, you need to be a DME supplier.
