Coding student needing help

I need help, please. I'm a coding student studying online through my local university so I can't really ask my teacher this before the assignment is due. So here's what I'm trying to code:

Term pregnancy with placenta previa and hemorrhage; single liveborn male; repeat low cervical cesarean section

I came up with the 641.11 for the placenta /hemorrhage problem, 74.1 for the c-section, and v27.0 for the term infant. What else am I supposed to code? I have 4 answers that I'm supposed to come up with. There are several on this OB section that are like this that I think I have everything coded but there's still a space for an additional code. I don't want to know what the code IS, just what the other item I'm supposed to code for is. I'm kinda confused on this one. I normally code for cancer, and that's a lot easier than this. :)

P.S. - I got a 95 on my last coding test!! And I'm getting a 93 in the class!!
