FMT Oral Capsules

Hi,

I know the current CPTs for FMT is 44705 and G0455, but since both of these include the preparation of the capsule and we do not do the prep, the manufacturer does that, we can not charge those codes. Has anyone else run into this scenario? If so, are you charging an E&M level and the supply separately?
