Fistula question

Patient has a AV fistula in left upper arm. Apparently this patient has uncontrolled bleeding from a stick. Our physician anesthetized the area and placed sutures to the skin and fistula tract, and then held direct pressure to get the bleeding to stop. He wants to use procedure code 36832. I think this is not the correct code, but I am not 100% sure of what code to use! Any input would be much appreciated!
