PQRI and eprescribing

I'm confused about eprescribing. Can we count it aas one of the three measures for PQRI?

e-prescribing and PQRI

Beginning in 2009, the e-prescribing quality measure was removed from the PQRI. It is now the quality measure used in the e-prescribing incentive program. You have to use other quality measures for PQRI.
