Home Visit/Office visit

Hi,

One of doctor who saw patient for the past one year and half at home (home visit) and the patient came last month to the doctor's office for a check up.

Please suggest what type of service should be billed for the services done at the office i.e., whether new patient or established patient visit should be taken.
