Sinus tract

I have an excisional debridement of a sinus tract status post abdominal surgery.
The surgeon dissects to fascia, finds a Prolene suture, removes it, cultures the wound and then excises the sinus tract that goes straight to the fascia and ends.
He then makes a 2 cm insicion in another abdominal wound, explores it.
Both wounds are packed open.
I thought maybe CPT® 11042 & 17999 but would appreciate another opinion.
