Billing on Office Ally

I need help with billing on Office Ally. Is anyone using this for billing?
When I code for 90461 with multiple units, the payors are paying me only for 90461 x 1. It seems like the multiples that I put in are not visible to them. Is it a glitch in office ally or I need to put in 90461 several times as separate line items in order to get paid?

Easier to answer when I can 'see' exactly what your line items look like - assuming something like Tdap with 90460 x1 90461 x2?
