CAN ANYONE TELL ME WHEN USING 92588 (HEARING TEST) WHAT DX CODE WE CAN USE. CLAIMS ARE DENYING AS OF 2012 WHEN USING 382.2 (CHRONIC OTIS MEDIA) AND 389.10 (SENSORINEURA).
