Can we bill for nebulizer tx

This is a pulmonary office. When we do pulmonary function testing on a patient, for instance a before and after spirometry, can we also charge for the nebulizer tx that we give?

We are a Family Practice and I have just noticed when we do a Nebulizer Treatment on a patient along with a pre-and post- spirometry one of these two codes gets denied as bundled. Is there another CPT® code we can bill inplace of one of them to show we are doing both?

Has anyone ever found out an answer to this? We do the same test and the nebulizer treatment gets denied as bundled. Can we somehow bill for the "albuterol" that is administered for this test? Thanks
