STEP (serial transverse enteroplasty) procedure

Is there a code for the STEP procedure? I looked online and saw where the answer may be in CPT® Assistant July 2010 but I do not have a subscription to this. Our physician performed 20 enteroplasties to the small bowel. The CPT® code 44680 only has an MUE of one. Thank you.
