coding jaw fractures

How would this be coded?: Bilateral condyle fracture without manipulation and closed reduction of mandible fracture without reduction.. I have the code for the mandible fracture--21450 but not sure about the condyle fracture....doc is treating the patient w/ close observation and soft diet.
