Diagnosis Codes
Dr. always has atleast 7 diagnosis codes per patient superbill. When there are the following codes for example, 49301,4659,4779,4619,7869,7245,7242, which code can be eliminated or do I need to list them all when billing?
49302,4660,496,465,4779?

You can exclude 4779 Allergic rhinitis, as most of the time it's included in Asthma code
