Coding Aortography and angiography

Im confused on how to code when in the documentation it has a starting point and the ending point, for example:

The physician place the catheter in aorta at level of the renal arteries and injected contrast for the aortography and repositioned the catheter just above the bifurcation for angiograpy of the extremities.

So how do you conclude if it is upper or lower extremities and how do you follow the placement?

re: Coding Aortography and angiography

Non-select catheter placement – catheter positioned in the aorta (from anywhere outside of the aorta) or placement in the access vessel itself without manipulation into another vessel = 36200-Introduction of catheter, aorta. A 64-year-old female is evaluated for increasingly severe bilateral lower extremity claudication. A catheter is placed from the right femoral approach and positioned in the abdominal aorta at the level of the diaphragm. Contract is injected and films are obtained. The catheter is then repositioned to a level just above the aortic bifurcation. Contrast is again injected and additional films are obtained. The catheter is removed and hemostasis is achieved. A report of the procedure is provided. The images are interpreted
and a report of their interpretation is provided as well. 36200 Introduction of catheter, aorta; 72625 Aortography, abdominal, by serialography, radiological supervision and interpretation and, 75716 Angiography, extremity, bilateral, radiological supervision and interpretation.
