Resection procedures

Can I use CPT® code, 44005 for exploratory laparotomy with lysis of adhesions and 44120 for ileorectal anastomosis with ileostomy reversal?

If that is the documented procedure, yes. Whenever you see "separate procedure", it is coded only if the only service performed or if totally unrelated to main procedure (which in your case, it is not).
