h&e stain papanicolaou stain

Can someone tell me if there is a CPT® code for H&E stain (for prostate and bladder biopsy) and papanicolaou stain (urine specimen)?

From what I can see, they appear to be "routine" stains and a laboratory would not be able to bill separately in addition to filter preparation.

Any thoughts?
