Sternal Hardware

I need to bill for washout/debridement sternal wound; placement of VAC dressing; REMOVAL STERNAL HARDWARE. The third procedure code for removal of sternal hardware has me stumped! Does anyone know the CPT® code for that?

Did you look at 20680 but as always it is difficult to give an accurate answer with a brief explanation. The procedure note holds the answer and this code is only a suggested reference point.
